WHAT IS BELLA MARBLE COMPOSITE STONE?
❖ Marble Composite stone is a COMPOSITE material made up of 93% to 95% natural marble aggregates sourced from different quarries around the world bonded with a specific resin which is the bonding agent .
❖ Some call the stone just “BETTER STONE” as the industrial process lowers the micro porosity of the stones, and lowers the water absorption.
❖ The resin, combined with the natural marble aggregates tremendously increases the performance of the product and offers consistency in supply and color shade, a very important factor in the Builder sector.
❖ This is an ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY product, using byproducts of the marble slab quarrying process.

HOW IS IT MANUFACTURED?
❖ Marble products are manufactured on customized industrial platforms.
❖ Marble lumps are sourced from quarries around the world, brought to the production facilities where the lumps are crushed into differing sizes depending on pattern. All impurities are eliminated during the crushing process.
❖ The marble powders are then mixed with the resin bonding agent and pressed into a marble block in large moulds. Each marble composite block is 8 tons and around 1200 Sq ft of stone.
❖ The marble block then cures for 10 days before being placed under the gangsaws to be cut into slabs.
❖ Once the slabs are cut out of the block they are rectified, calibrated and polished on Italian polishing machines using Italian abrasives.
❖ Once the manufacturing process is finalized, the result is a homogeneous, more compact, naturally stable marble slab with extremely low water absorption, consistent in color, remarkably easy to fabricate and install and infinitely repairable.
