Our dedicated commercial division is experienced at working on all types of commercial projects in the states and around the world. Whether it’s exterior stone cladding, floor and wall tiles, countertops, or special cut-to-size projects, we have the experience and expertise to make sure your project is completed as ordered and on-time. Our products and services are available to architects, developers, designers, general contractors, flooring installers, countertop installers, and custom home builders. We can assist in project conceptualization and design, material specification, shop drawings, fabrication, and delivery to the job site.
Cut to size is defined as fabricated and ready to install. Edges are laminated and polished as needed, sinks are cut out and polished, faucet holes are cut, and holes are drilled on the under-side to mount sinks. Bella Marble can be brought in as cut to size for projects such as apartments and condominiums, senior living communities, airport lounges, retail space, offices and hotels. Flooring, facades, and interior cladding can be cut to most sizes and dimensions to suit your design.
The first step is to get a quote for your project using your provided architectural drawings. We review the drawings, perform a quantity take-off, and send back an estimate including shipping to the project jobsite. Because our material is cut from a block, we can quote various thicknesses of material subject to your specific needs.
Once the price is established and you’ve decided to move forward with the project, a color sample is sent to the architect/designer for approval. We work closely with the GC/fabricator to determine overhangs for islands, sink placement, the size and number of faucet holes, and which edges will need to be finished. This information is then provided to our factory in Italy who will create shop drawings for fabrication. The drawings will be signed off by the GC/fabricator and fabrication can begin.
Lead time can be as soon as 3 weeks from the date of the order. All projects are meticulously quality controlled by our in-house project managers at every step along the way.
